Human Life-The Universe Rarity

Hi Friends, for today I have another one of these random-video inspired thought stroll. So I was watching this video about why life seems to be so rare, that the odds calculating the perfect parameters that allows for human life to exist are seemingly extremely rare in our entire galaxy.

So with this idea in mind and with the setting of a larger perspective I started wondering what the meaning of all this is. I know this "meaning of life" cliché is so over-chewed but I`m sure every single one of us has had this question cross their mind.

And if you ask this question from this macro perspective you come to see how really irrelevant and small all these mundane things we have to deal with are. And if life is so precious and so fragile and rare, is it worth spending all our time here churning over some stupid thing we said or did 5 years ago, or some stupid thing someone did to us, and all the other uncontrollable external factors? Is it worth spending the time on things that don`t truly bring us happiness, make us feel stuck, unhappy, unable to create the world we want to see around us?

It`s difficult you know? Keep this perspective most of the time and re-situate every time something triggers each of us. I know it`s difficult for me sometimes, thing is it happens naturally when I get into these "bigger picture" stages, no effort whatsoever, so it looks like to the universe this is an easy step right? But then why is it less constant overall?

In any case, I`m grateful for these glimpses as rare or common as they are coming over me. It has recently helped me get to the realization that since my life is so fragile, small and rare I want to put it to good use, stop constraining myself on saying the things I want to say to the people I love and care for. It made me realize any action should start from this place and it should not linger in questioning, self-doubting and FEAR.
